Bring back the Duplicate button in the Tester (and anywhere else there was one)

Why replace 1 button with 2 new ones that do the same thing?

We now have right-click menu on each row and 'Duplicate Row' appears.

Thanks @takashi, I never thought to right click on the row! The CTRL + D is a lot easier when I have to do about 50 of them
