I would like to convert GPS Time To North American Daylight Central Time
The GPS delivers its time in UTC, which is five hours ahead of North American Daylight Central Time. So a if you have a GPS point that was taken at 10.00 in Central North America it will have a UTC timestamp of 15.00. If you use a DateTimeCalculator to subtract 5 hours you get back to 10.00. If you need to further cleanup the timestamp you can use the DateTimeConverter.
