DLIS stands for Digital Log Interchange Standardand is widely used in Petroleum industry.

The standard is described here http://w3.energistics.org/rp66/v1/Toc/main.html

Couldn't find any library for processing that format.

Hi - from our records I can see that we considered implementing this format, but decided not to.

I do see that there is a specification for the format here - http://w3.energistics.org/rp66/ - but no library that I know of.

I think you have a few of options here:

1 - Contact safe.com/support and register your interest. The reference number to quote is PR#50713

2 - Add it as an idea on this knowledgecentre - so we can gauge general interest in the format

3 - Use the FME plugin API to try and develop a solution yourself. See safe.com/developers to see how to sign up for our developer program to provide you support and test licenses

I think it's unlikely we'll implement this, because that comes down to the level of interest and you're only the second person to have asked for it.

Hope this helps
