How to I extract ground co-ordinates from a raster ?

How to I extract ground co-ordinates from a raster ? I am able to extract only Row and column using co-ordinate extractor. I wanted to write ground co-ordinates in DMS format.

do you want extract coordinates x and y from all pixels your raster file?
