Hi,

I am using the MultiLayerAreaGeneralizer transformer available on FME Store (http://fmestore.safe.com/transformers/MultiLayerAreaGeneralizer.htm) and got mismatch attributes with geometric features in output. Many features have mixed their attributes inside the same layer. Attributes are not mixed between layers.

Am I the only one to experience these errors? Does anybody could help to identify the cause and a possible workaround?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

I have no idea about the MultiLayerAreaGeneralizer, but just remember that you can inspect and debug it just like any other custom transformer. Just right-click on the transformer and choose Edit.

Also, inspection points (http://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Workbench/Default.htm#about_feature_inspection.htm) are your friend.

Hi,

I used to have that a lot with fme 2012 and 2013 before sp2.

After some fiddling with a workspace it would like mix attributevalues, name in adres attribute etc.

The only solution i found was to save workspace, shutdown fme (all instances and viewers and sometimes other aplications that were viewing the output file, like Arcmap).

Reopening wand rerunning ould show all atributes in correct order again

Since sp2 i have not seen it happen yet (knock on wood....)
