New interpolation type MAXIMUM in RasterResampler

When resampling a terrain model some applications will need to keep the maximum value from the corresponding cells in the input raster rather than an interpolated value. One application example being terrain avoidance in aviation.

I cannot figure out how to do this with an own workspace that is fast and simple so I would like to see it implemented in the rasterresampler transformer.
